Fanboys spent a lot of time and effort trying to convince Warner Media to “#ReleaseTheSnyderCut” of Justice League. Now that they have spent $70 MILLION DOLLARS on a “#SnyderCut” released via HBO Max, we can ask the most important question: was Zack Snyder’s Justice League worth it?
The recutting of movies is a controversial subject. Some fans swear that certain films were done wrong by the studios and that the artistic vision that would have made the film great was crushed. Others believe that how a movie is released is how it should always stay. Artistic and historical integrity and all that jazz. Still others couldn’t care less one way or the other.
Then there’s Pop Culture with Fanboy and Know-It-All.
We take it a step further. Not only do we bring a massive and super scrutinous microscope for judging Zack Snyder’s Justice League, we also decide to lay out a 10-film roadmap for Hollywood in order to rank the movies it should allow recuts for next.
While the podcast does get into spoilers for Zack Snyder’s Justice League, it is no spoiler to say that one of the films one of us ranked as being worthy of a recut was 2004’s Catwoman starring Halle Berry.
